Signing in
Your workspace has its own address, which we send to you when your engagement begins. Open that link and sign in with your own work account. Multi-factor authentication is required.
Don't have your link? Contact us below and we'll resend it. We will never ask you for a password.
Sending us a file
If we've asked you or one of your technology providers to send us something, use the upload link we provided. It requires no account and no password, and it only accepts uploads — nothing in that folder can be viewed or downloaded by anyone but our team.
How your documents are protected
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, in a tenant we own and administer.
- Multi-factor authentication is enforced by policy, not by preference.
- Each client's workspace is isolated. No client can see another's.
- Every uploaded file is scanned for malware before we open it.
- Access is logged, and the log is provided to you at engagement close.
- At close, the workspace is deleted and you receive written confirmation.
